Hello People,

My name is Kieran Donohoe, and i am wanting to go down the road of IT Consultancy, I am just wondering if there are any IT Consultants Which use this Site Which could give me some help in what route of eduction that i could proceed down in order to get the right qualifications, and possibly the best place to start when it come to jobs,

You will need to buy some Khaki Dockers and blue button down shirts.

Consultants (to be serious) usually either have a general background or a very specialised area of expertise (for example COBOL programming). But just as important as IT knowledge is communication ability, and the ability to understand the needs and skill sets of your audience/employers. What are your current qualifications?
