Hello Kieran, Welcome to Bleeping Computer

Altho this is a forum for people experiencing problems with their their computers, you may find help or and existing Topic in General Chat.

Please take a moment and visit the New User Orientation section, to get familiarized with how the board works.

There is also an extensive Tutorials section, that offers a wide range of information and solutions.

You will need to buy some Khaki Dockers and blue button down shirts.

Consultants (to be serious) usually either have a general background or a very specialised area of expertise (for example COBOL programming). But just as important as IT knowledge is communication ability, and the ability to understand the needs and skill sets of your audience/employers. What are your current qualifications?
Regards,
John
