I'm in need some help removing some trojans on my computer. So far I've followed everything the preparation guide told me to do. Some problems I've been having on my computer are: insane amounts of pop-ups, warnings about trojans, and after running some removal program, it said some files were not able to be moved or deleted.

I downloaded Sygate Personal Firewall but I'm not sure which programs to allow and which ones to block.

Also, every time my I don't move the mouse on my computer and its suppose to go to a screen saver, instead a tiny box that says "Get free Viagra today!" shows up. When I exit that out, it only shows my wallpaper for a second and then it logs me out. After that i log back in and everything is back to normal, the icons are where they should be.

I downloaded HijackThis and chose the "Do a system scan and save a logfile" option, but the logfile does not appear after the scan.

Any help would be great.
