OK, I'm finally sick of that CD drive that my thumbdrive creates whenever U3 appears. I know that that CD Drive exists to protect U3 from deletion, but my friends and I sometimes like to have more than one device plugged in at once, which doesn't seem like that outrageous a request from us, but U3 denies that chance because that CD drive occupies every other USB plug possible (none of the 3 remaining USBs work). I want to delete this CD partition, and for good. Reformatting won't do it. Thanks for suggestions in advance.

I know that you can totally remove the U3 software using software available at the Sandisk download area. I'm not sure though, if that will do more than you want?

Sounds like U3 needs a little more development, no?
