I Think I Have A Virus

I think i have a virus or actually i think it's a worm called w32.netsky. I have tried every kind of antivirus there is and it says the file it is in cannot be scanned. Ive tried mcafee, norton, symantec and so many others. Is there any other way to get rid of it?

Have you scanned from Safe Mode..How to Start windows in Safe Mode
Were there any letters/numbers after Netsky

Did you try this removal tool... look in the list for yours.

Also, download and scan with MS Malicious Software Removal Tool in safe mode.
