My friend just got an Apevia 500Watt with dual 12v rails equaling 34A.

Now he wants to get a new graphics card, and I was looking between these two:

All the good Nvidia cards are way out of price range, and I got an X1900Gt recently and its wonderful. So which one of these will work. Also, hes putting it in a Dell E521, do you think one of these would fit? If you don't know the E521, has a massive heatsink and I don't know if the graphics might run into it.

This is a picture of the inside of his case Inside the E521
