Cd & Dvd Drive Will Not Autoplay

Recently, when I have tried to insert a CD-Rom (E:) or DVD-Rom (F:), if they have autoplay enabled, they still not start automatically.

Does anybody know what might be the matter please?

You could try using Microsoft's Autoplay Repair Wizard.
