Need Help Fixing This Error Message

Hey guys, i have a problem. My computer gives me this message: No disk excption processing message .....
But it goes away as soon as i insert a cd in the cd drive. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thanks!

Does this happen always, or just at certain times. It appears that for some reason, an application or Windows is expecting a CD to be in place to perform an action, and it is not there. Precisely WHEN does this happen?

Here's something to look at, don't know if it's relevant to your situation or not as you didn't give many details.
