Hi, When I start up a small warning box says :- launch-1.exe unable to locate component. this application failed to start because
ConnAPI.DLL was not found. Reinstalling may fix this problem. I have downloaded some home videos from my phone and the same message occurs when I try to play them. Can someone help please?

Hi Tom,
Thanks, I did have nokia software on my computer, now deleted. The message no longer appears on screen.
Thanks once again, and thanks to Albert.
