I've never not been able to solve my own tech problems. However, my wife, mother-in-law, and growing children have finally outmatched me. They can mess up the computer faster than I can clean it. I figure it's high time to rub shoulders with some experts.

The challenge this week -- some garbage called "skuns.dat". Anyway, I'll save those juicy details for the proper forum.

Many thanks to all of you folks that are so willing to share your expertise and experience to those of us who just pretent to know what we're doing on the 'puter.
