So being a college student, I somewhat stupidly decided to get a midtower.

Any advice for a lanbox?

Should I look out for whether or not my motherboard/graphics card/anything else will fit? Or are the cases designed to be able to fit them?

Thanks for your input!

If you're referring to something like this you'll need a microATX motherboard and probably a low-profile video card

Well while I was shopping newegg.com and another website, I found this case among a few that I may consider.

http://www.xoxide.com/thermaltake-lanbox-lite-nowindow.html

Is a microATX motherboard really necessary? I can't remember off the top of my head what my mother board was, I know it isn't a microATX, but my computer is in college and I am home on vacation right now (will be back tomorrow).

I also have a 8500GT nvidia pci-express graphics card. I'm pretty sure that's quite a small "low profile" graphics card if I'm not mistaken?

Also I am wondering what are the dimensions on the lanbox? In my mind I am thinking that the lanbox is probably no larger than maybe length 1.5 ft, height and width 1 ft.

Thanks again!

Edit: Ah HA! To my discovery I believe I have a K9AGM2 Motherboard by MSI. Since it is a microATX motherboard I suppose it would be good to go? How about my video card?

Here's the specification and dimensions page on the case

Remember, cooling (air flow) and cable routing is important for this case
