Hi RD2005, welcome to BC!

Can you remember the name of the demo you downloaded? Can you tell us the names of the shortcuts?

What are some of the icons which you cannot get rid of?

The website for downloads is not necessarily as useful as knowing the names of the programs which you installed. The icons point to parent programs.

Did you uninstall the program and the icons are still there?

I am sure that there is no such computer problem that Bleeping Computer can't handle. ( Only if your computer is broken apart!)
Try renaming the files and then delete them.

And wait for Mark to answer, he knows a lot more stuff then I do.
P.S. BC personell can't reply to a post within a second! There are a lot of people who need help, so please be patient.

I have used this utility to remove similar icons that wouldn't respond in any other way.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

Did you install it exactly the way it says to in the link you posted? Try dragging and dropping the icons to the recycle bin. Also, try the search function and look for any file or folder with the words wilson software. If that shows anything, open the file and see if there's an uninstall file
