Hello. This is my first time on this site. I registered because my husband and I are so frustrated with 1) our ignorance about the computer 2) the inherent lack of info and friendly help for problems with software and spyware.

I was just told my a Trend Micro customer service person that I could not run our updated 2008 version along with our existing Webroot Spysweeper.

Is that true? If so, which one do I hang on to?

Any advice welcome.

Hello Brenda, Welcome to Bleeping Computer

Since this forum is to be used solely for introducing yourself to our community, you should create a Topic in the AntiVirus, Firewall and Privacy Products and Protection Methods forum.

Please take a moment and visit the New User Orientation section, to get familiarized with how the board works.

There is also an extensive Tutorials section, that offers a wide range of information and solutions.

Thank you for the welcome. I redirected my question to the Spyware forum.

I look forward to communicating with you and the others.
