I have a recurring 017 item in my hjt log, which my isp (povn.com) says is not them.
HJT can remove it but it reappears with every dialup.

I have tried every trojan searching, virus finding, malware hunting application I can find, and googled this item, with no success. Can anyone identify this, so I can find out how to deal with it? (And before I get the update xp lecture, we are running some business software for the nursery which crashes ugly with sp2, so I am stuck with sp1). No longer using MSIE, changed to Firefox.

Here is the hijackthis log; thanks everyone in advance!
