Hi, Robert how you doing?

because i have two NIC's and ISA server installed in my PC, and ISA server is able to use the Quality of Service (QoS) Packet Scheduler service to provide the necessary traffic control of IP packets, and to minimize the number of open sockets in your firewall system.

thanks
