Sweet!!! That's really the base of what I have to say. I never knew there was a message board for people who liked to mess around with computers. I've just recently become very interested in the cmd, as in school after I finish all of my work in computer applications, there's nothing to do. I have been working on trying to grant myself access to my user information; yet without knowledge of the correct command syntax to produce the information my efforts have been rather worthless. It'll take some time for me to really get fired up and flaming posts throughout this place, but don't worry I'm not just here to ask people for info. I can give out some too. Please e-mail me ASAP if you know the correct syntax for the command I'm looking for.

Just repost your question in the forum that seems best to you. Our Members are primarily average users, but we have some extremely sharp "techie" Members as well.

BC Rules state:

No subject matter will be allowed whose purpose is to defeat existing copyright or security measures. If a user persists and/or the activity is obviously illegal the staff reserves the right to remove such content and/or ban the user.

This sounds like you are trying to bypass your schools security measures. I am closing this topic as it appears to violate our board rules. If I have misinterpreted your intentions, please PM me.

One note: If you need access to your school's computer, contact the school's lab manager or technology staff. I am sure they will be glad to assist you.
