 Hello Guys, I am relatively new here, (Great site)

Whenever I use I.E.7 to go to a new site I always get two links open in the taskbar and each one links to the site I want to go, I have to close one link down each time.

Is there a simple remedy ???

I am using XP Pro SP2.

Any more information required for your help, I will be glad to upload it.

Thank you.

Judda aka Mercurian.

Hi there judda, welcome to BC!

I have a couple of questions for you:

1. Does this happen only when first launching IE7 or every time you click on a link?
2. Have you tested any other web browsers (Firefox, Opera, Safari) and if so, do they exhibit the same symptoms?

Hello Amazing Andrew,

I haven't tried any other web browser, and it happens everytime I used I.E.7.

If I use a link from BT Yahoo for instance, only one web address appears, if I use I.E.7 it has two web addresses each time.

Thanks for trying to help.

Judda.
