Popups/unsolicted Anti-virus Software (not Sure What Specific Infection)

Hey guys,
Some time in the last 24 hours my computer started running really slowly, and I was getting popups on IE even though I only run Firefox. It added two programs to my desktop, "Live Safety Center", and "Online Security Guide." There's also a new "security toolbar" on IE.

I ran Ad-Aware and Spybot Search and Destroy. I scanned with Housecall Antivirus, and then I downloaded and scanned with McAfee Stinger. I rebooted, ran a few more scans with Ad-Aware and Stinger, and it took care of most of the problems. However, every once in a while I still get an occasional sex enhancing pop up ad or something of the like...

I want to completely rid this virus so here's my HijackThis log. I've changed the name of the program to "AnalyzeThat" so that no programs can hide from it - I saw this suggested in another thread and thought I'd incorporate it immediately. If this is an issue let me know and I'll change the name back and post a new log.
