Just wanted to take a minute to say "THANKS!" to whomever posted that link for the Systems Information for Windows tool during the last week or so. I should have done this right away, but I tend to procrastinate .

IMO, it's a great tool, providing all sorts of useful info about a system that knowledgeable and less-knowledgeable computer users can find useful at some time.

I prefer it because it doesn't require any installation - just run the exe and you've got your report.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Hello Guys,

I tried to download from the link hamluis gave, I could get to the download page, But then I received an (HTTP 403 FORBIDDEN) message, and the explanation given is as follows.

This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.

Is it something to do with my PC or is there something I am not doing ???

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Judda.

Hello quiteman 7,

Thank you, the Major Geeks, Australian link worked just fine, I am looking forward to browsing the program.

All the other links produced the same result, I.E.7 couldn't gain permission to view the site. !

I really appreciate your help, as well as the other guys here on this excellent forum.

Thanks again.
