Your log looks ok to me, although it is a little unusual to have 5 instances of winrar in your processes.

C:\Program Files\WinRAR\WinRAR.exe
C:\Program Files\WinRAR\WinRAR.exe
C:\Program Files\WinRAR\WinRAR.exe
C:\Program Files\WinRAR\WinRAR.exe
C:\Program Files\WinRAR\WinRAR.exe

Does it make sense that these were showing up when you posted this log?

The main reason that you get infected every time you get on the internet is because you haven't installed Windows updates in a long time. You need to install numerous critical updates.
