Cannot Connect To Internet Or Network

I recently removed some malware and used CClean to remove unwanted files, I think that some I wanted went with them.

I attach a log of the workstation with a problem and would appreciate some advice.

I have tried to debug the computer and delete all temp files and url's, but the Internet connection, although says it is connected, will not even download the homepage.

I have run smitfraudfix and Hijackthis, here are the reports, any suggestions would be most welcome, Thanks!!
