Hi, there is no DOS in Vista but you can open a command prompt by typing cmd in the start/search field in Vista.

I think that you can get it by pressing F8 as Windows first starts to boot. There should be a Safe Mode with Command Prompt option there.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Yes you should be able to get it with F8 on boot, and I know theres one in the accessories off start menu, and Ive found its one of the only ways to get to regedit as well.. IE Start, Programs, Accessories
