Windows98 had a tool called File Manager. Basically it let you easily manipulate/move files. Does that feature exist in XP or Vista?
Thanks

That's an artifact left over from Windows 3.1. Windows Explorer came along with Win 95, but they left fileman.exe for people who still wanted the classic view. Imagine that. It hung around for a while, but it's gone with newer versions. It serves the same purpose as Windows Explorer, just clunkier.
