Tried it, didn't work out. The problem is it doesn't say that it will try to download the Zone Alarm firewall too and that conflicted with the Norton security that comes with my ISP. So it's not a stand alone spyware program. So I did a system restore and all is back to normal.

Hi frankp316,
Vendors have funny ways of naming their stuff. McAfee does the same. Their antivirus contains a firewall as well :flowers:

That said, installing without reading what the product does, and without reading the installation instructions on the vendor's site isn't a very good idea. I'm sorry you had a conflict. Just FYI, the ZA AS is a fine product and the firewall also includes component checking, application checking and all the other good stuff. But yeah, on top of Norton or another package things aren't pretty :thumbsup: It's good that you found a way to restore.
