I've run Norton anti-spy, AVG anti-spy, AVG anti-virus, cleared all temp files, I have zone alarm blocking internet explorer so the pop ups can't link to a website. I'm using Mozilla and the pop ups are less than internet explorer, but still occur quite regularly. I am running XP, 800 Mhz, 500 MB ram, computer is kinda old about 6 years. Any help or suggestions is appreciated. I think one of the system files has been overwritten because one day when the pop ups started i got a windows pop up that said "insert system operation disk to repair missing files".
