My darling child inadvertently clicked on something she shouldn't have while online, and infected our computer with what I can only describe as Spyware/Malware from Hell. After reading some similar forum topics, I believe I may have the AntiSpy Storm Trojan. I've been running AdAware 2007 for what seems like 2 days non-stop, I've used SpyBot, Windows Defender, and everything else recommended to me. I have good backups of everything on my computer, and am not entirely opposed to reinstalling Windows altogether, but figured I shouldn't throw in the towel just yet. One difference in what I have going on is that I can't seem to start up in Safe Mode, and I can't access Task Manager either.

Any assistance would be appreciated. I am using a computer at the office for now, as I'm afraid of mine at the moment...

Here is my HijackThis log: (I have Mozilla Firefox installed, if that makes a difference)

Hi ITWannabe

1. Download combofix from one of these links and save it to Desktop:

Link2
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

Note:
