I have a USB Memory Stick that I take to school which has all of my coursework on it. I would like to password protect it so if it got misplaced/lost den no1 would be able to access the files without the password.

I have found many programs including TrueCrypt but you need to have admin privileges to access the drive and we have limited privileges at school.
I want a program that is easy to use and that doesn't need admin privileges to work.

I have a Sandisk Titanium Cruzer that has a security program within it. It came free on the flash drive. I've never used it but it's purpose is for exactly what you are speaking of. I don't know of any others off the top of my head.
