A dongle?

You need a bluetooth device in your PC (you can get them cheap in both mobile phone and computer stores)
Even though I'm sure you can do without, I recommend a program for your phone e.g. Nokia PC Suite.

Obviously you need a bluetooth phone.. but thats obvious

I dunno.. When I installed my bluetooth I just installed my drivers and plugged in my USB device that looks like a reciever for a cordless mouse..

Anyway, you can browse the files on your phone (depending on what phone you got) with win explorer just like you'd browse your hard drive.

If you don't have a BT receiver in your PC buy a BT device. I have the D-link BT-122.
I paid around 50 bucks for it (note this is in Norwegian money and the USD has almost halved from it's original value) it came with a driver CD that allows for a lot of different types of connections (use PC's speakers as speakers for the phone, syncronice Office with phone, connect to the internet and so on). With that, PC Suite and the explorer shell I hardly think you need anything else.

If you however lack some of these (you have a PnP BT device or something) try out that Bluesoleil thing, it seems to do what my drivers are doing.
