Hi everyone

I am having some problems with my computer(another one), it seems to have a virus in which I cannot open my computer. Everytime i open it, it has 5 Options: Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Command Prompt, Safe Mode with Networking, Last Known Good Configuration, and Start Windows Normally. I tried all but they all end up with the same result, after I click one of them, it will show the normal Windows XP Screen and loading. After that, it will show the check disk screen, then it will show a dark-blue screen that says I have to contact my supervisor or try restarting my computer, I haven't been able to read the whole thing because it only appears for a few seconds and then it will go back to the start screen again. This has happened for many times and I would like some advice on how to fix it. Thank you.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Were you having a lot of popups and serious slowing down. Have you added any new hardware or sofware recently ?

Since you say you cannot get into any form of Safe Mode I'm thinking your system files have been corrupted and it's not a driver/software issue. Although it still maybe a Hardware error.
You didn't mention your OS (XP,2000,Vista)

If you are using XP and do get in do this to Stop the PC frpm continuous booting.
If you are using WindowsXP, right click on my computer, scroll to Properties
Select the Advanced tab, then under Startup and Recovery click the Settings button.
This will open a new window, and under the System Failure heading, uncheck Automatically restart.

If this works write all that info down to post back. Include the error number and friendly name from the 'bugcheck' section of the stop error and any file names specified in the 'driver information' section.

If XP, I think the best solution will be a repair (not full) install of it. You will need the XP CD for this. ANd the PC will boot from it.How to Perform a Windows XP Repair Install

I don't feel that this malware right now. But not certain. I will move this post to the Hardware Forum and see if any BC Advisors have an idea.
So if you will try these and provide the information requested we still may be able to fix this.
If we have to move it again we will.
