Hi folks,

I have done several things. Housecall dentified items are as follows (no info available/cannot be removed):

Grayware/Spyware
HKTL_PROKILL.A (c:\hp\bin\Terminator.exe)

Troj_Generic (c:\hp\bin\FondleWindow.exe)

Searching these up, I also found something called KillIt.exe, all of which when shredded through McAfee tried to access the internet with application titles like HideWindow and KillApp. I denied all programs access and requested McAfee remove them, as recommended. Ran Stinger, which found nothing. Rebooted, and when I opened my browser, the CPU got very busy. First search attempt took me to a screen requesting sybmol verification. Another attempt back to btcar.com, then bizrate, etc...nothing clicked on will open, only redirection.

My efforts were in vain. I use spywareblaster, spybot, and adaware religiously. Not sure how this happened, but I suspect a teenager last weekend was looking for porn when he was supposed to be watching our infant. Had all kinds of fun stuff on the computer when I turned it on again: flashing yellow triangles, infection "alerts", some new program folder called ezporn, and lots of attempts to remove zlob.dns.changer through spybot and various things through adaware to no avail.

I am a schoolteacher and it is very frustrating. My wife teaches and is in graduate school. She can't even open Blackboard. Many frozen restarts, connection issue/blank web addresses, etc...

Here is my HijackThis logfile with every window closed: (Thank you in advance for helping me.)

Nevermind folks,

I read Tea's post to another user and downloaded fixwareout...followed instructions and so far no problems. I'll let you know if anything comes up. No connection issues either.

Thanks for all that you do.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, as you can probably see the forums are incredibly busy right now. If you like I'll check your HijackThis log just to make sure that all malware has been removed.
