Generally speaking, how long before we get a response? We posted to the site with a HJT this log on Nov 11th. Today is Nov 24th, almost 2 weeks later, but no response yet. I know everyone is a volunteer on this site. I'm starting to think we've been missed. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get an immediate response?

At times, the number of log submissions greatly exceed the capability of the Team (who are subject to sickness, holidays, vacations, and real life jobs) to handle them as quickly as everyone would like. Please be assured that every effort is made to handle logs on a first-posted, first-reviewed basis. I have checked the pending log list and your post is there, so please be patient.

If you feel you are already qualified to join the Team, please PM Grinler.
If you wish to learn to analyze logs and be able to provide appropriate solutions, BC has a training school. Because of the number of current students, however, new students are not being accepted. Please wait two weeks before applying.
