I start up My computer and log in then a blue scrren pops up saying "the computer is shuttingdown because detected a problem" Its says it could be hardware and i need to take it out and reinstall. Or press F8 at the start up screen and go to last good configuration. I put no new hardware or anything and i went to last good configuration then a couple days later the blue screen comes back!! What do i do???

Can you see any other information anywhere when you get the error? Check your Event Viewer:
