I RECENTLY NOTICED THAT SINCE I HAD SOMEONE CHANGE MY HARDDRIVE, THAT I NO LONGER HAVE USE OF MY FRONT PANEL, THE USB PORTS, THE SMART MEDIA AND SOUND AND STUFF, CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM PLEASE?

Since someone was in your case, the first thing I'd do, would be to open the case, and make sure all of the front panel connectors are plugged into the motherboard.
