Hi, I'm from Malaysia and my computer is infected with this "Trojan.Win32.agent.bck" virus. Everytime Kaspersky prompted me to delete the infected files, I've deleted it, but sooner it resurfaces again. Spybot SD also warned me everytime about some registry changes, and fearing that a virus is behind it, I denied the changes everytime. Furthermore, there's another adware in my System32 file, "Adware.Virtumonde.GGZ" that only Bitdefender had detected. Now, Windows Explorer becomes very slow and sometimes will stop working.
The message "explorer.exe had encounteres a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We had created a report about the error. Would you like to send it now?" or something like that had appeared many times.
Below is my HJT log. Someone, please enlighten me how to solve my problem. Thanks.

Welcome to the BleepingComputer HijackThis Logs and Analysis forum ChronoXIII
My name is Richie and i'll be helping you to fix your problems.

Your version of Sun Java is out of date.
Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system.
Please follow these steps to remove older versions of Sun Java, and then update.
1. Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE)
2. Scroll down to where it says 'Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 update 3'.
3. Click the "Download" button to the right.
4. Check the box that says: "Accept License Agreement".
5. The page will refresh.
6. Click on the link to download 'Windows Offline Installation, Multi-language' and save to your desktop.
7. Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
8. Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add/Remove programs and remove all older versions of Java.
9. Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
10. Click the Change/Remove button.
11. Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java version.
12. Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
13. Then from your desktop double-click on jre-6u3-windows-i586-p.exe to install the newest version.

If you have previously downloaded ComboFix,please delete that version now.
Now download Combofix and save to your desktop:
Note:
It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop

Close any open browsers.
Disconnect from the Internet.
Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's finished it will produce a log.
Post the entire contents of C:\ComboFix.txt into your next reply.
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running.
That may cause the program to freeze/hang.

Do NOT post the ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt unless I ask.
*Note*
In case your Antivirus or any other realtime scanner is displaying an alert after you downloaded Combofix or while you use Combofix, please disable your scanner and redownload Combofix again.
Some scanners may see some combofix related components as suspicious and block or delete them while there's nothing wrong with them.

Now go to:
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe
Right click on Hijackthis.exe and select 'Rename', rename it to abc.bat
Double click on abc.bat(which is still Hijackthis.exe),post that log into your next reply please.

Please disable Spybot S&Ds protection,or it will interfere.
You can enable it later once you're system is clean.

Open Spybot and click on 'Mode' and check 'Advanced Mode'.
Click on 'Tools' in bottom left hand corner.
Click on the 'System Startup' icon.
Uncheck 'Teatimer' box and/or uncheck 'Resident'.
Click the 'Allow Change' box.
Then, check next to the computer clock to see if the icon for Spybot is still there.
If it is, right click it and choose 'exit Spybot-S&D Resident'.
Restart the computer.
If you find you're experiencing problems disabling Spybot's Tea-Timer,follow the info in the link below:
http://www.russelltexas.com/malware/teatimer.htm

Copy and paste ALL the following text in the Quote box below into Notepad.
Click on File(in the menu at the top)>Save as../Save as Type: 'All Files' /File name: CFScript to your desktop.

File::
C:\WINDOWS\system32\jwrnualn.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\whrgdqfj.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\jgaycsqp.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\qgsqnoeh.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ikexylkw.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\vlhcatry.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\jkgvythb.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\beiqdejk.dll
C:\WINDOWS\IFinst26.exe
Registry::
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\~\Browser Helper Objects\{07C5CB8C-7DE6-477E-B0FA-CC2CC719FBE7}]
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\~\Browser Helper Objects\{20E1252B-9568-4C82-A8F7-A7FBD05E3928}]
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\~\Browser Helper Objects\{2A6307ED-26E8-43D9-8559-065253313992}]
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\~\Browser Helper Objects\{A5C2F2CB-A192-4FE1-B785-39E5A6DC04A0}]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ShellExecuteHooks]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows nt\currentversion\winlogon\notify\xloydjio]

Now drag then drop the CFScript file onto ComboFix.exe as seen in the image below.

This will start ComboFix again.
After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply along with a new HijackThis log.

You have Kaspersky Anti-Virus 7.0 and BitDefender10 installed.
Its definitely not a good idea to have more than one antivirus program installed on your computer.
Each program may interpret the actions of the other as viral, therefore giving you false virus warnings about virus-related activities.
It could also lead to system slowdowns and other problems within the operating system, due to the two conflicting with each other.
You should uninstall one of them now, then restart your pc.

Download ATF Cleaner by Atribune:
http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=1

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click 'Select All' found at the bottom of the list.
Click the 'Empty Selected' button.

If you use Firefox browser, do this also:
Click Firefox at the top and choose 'Select All' from the list.
Click the 'Empty Selected' button.
NOTE:
If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click 'No' at the prompt.

If you use Opera browser,do this also:
Click Opera at the top and choose 'Select All' from the list.
Click the 'Empty Selected' button.
NOTE:
If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click 'No' at the prompt.
Click 'Exit' on the Main menu to close the program.

Please download DrWeb-CureIt & save it to your desktop. DO NOT perform a scan yet.

You should copy/print the following because you need to be in Safe Mode from here on.

Reboot your computer into SAFE MODE using the F8 method.
To do this, restart your computer and after hearing your computer beep once during startup (but before the Windows icon appears) press the F8 key repeatedly.
A menu will appear with several options.
Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate and select the option to run Windows in "Safe Mode".

Have Hijack This fix the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and selecting 'Fix checked'.
Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing:
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {982CB676-38F0-4D9A-BB72-D9371ABE876E} - (no file)
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {BAB1AC41-6FF7-4F2E-A04E-5C592CCFEA7D} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Application Layer Browser] abgsvc.exe

Exit Hijackthis.

Scan with DrWeb-CureIt as follows:
* Double-click on drweb-cureit.exe to start the program. An "Express Scan of your PC" notice will appear.
* Under "Start the Express Scan Now", Click "OK" to start. This is a short scan that will scan the files currently running in memory and when something is found, click the Yes button when it asks you if you want to cure it.
* Once the short scan has finished, Click Options > Change settings
* Choose the "Scan tab" and UNcheck "Heuristic analysis"
* Back at the main window, click "Select drives" (a red dot will show which drives have been chosen)
* Then click the "Start/Stop Scanning" button (green arrow on the right) and the scan will start.
* When done, a message will be displayed at the bottom advising if any viruses were found.
* Click "Yes to all" if it asks if you want to cure/move the file.
* When the scan has finished, look if you can see the icon next to the files found. If so, click it, then click the next icon right below and select "Move incurable".
(This will move it to the C:\Documents and Settings\userprofile\DoctorWeb\Quarantine folder if it can't be cured)
* Next, in the Dr.Web CureIt menu on top, click file and choose save report list.
* Save the DrWeb.csv report to your desktop.
* Exit Dr.Web Cureit when done.
* Important! Reboot your computer because it could be possible that files in use will be moved/deleted during reboot.
* After reboot, post the contents of the log from Dr.Web in your next reply. (You can use Notepad to open the DrWeb.cvs report)

Also post a new Hijackthis log,let me know how your pc is running now.

Hi again, I have followed all your instructions and uninstalled BitDefender10. When I use DrWeb, the program found a Trojan - "Trojan.downloader.origin" in C:\System Volume Information\... , and when I clicked it, the buttons down there didn't worked (buttons Yes To All, Cure, Move, Delete etc.), and the Trojan is not Cured, Moved or Deleted. Even when I checked the log, the name of the Trojan isn't there. Please enlighten me how to get rid of this Trojan. Apart from that, I can't find the "select drives" button in the main window, so I did a Full System Scan. Sorry if I did wrongly.

Here is my DrWeb and HJT log.

Thanks Richie for your fast reply and for helping me out of this Trojan mess

I have ran the Disk Cleanup, but it seems to take a lot of time, displaying "Windows is calculating how much space can be freed on your hard drive" or something like hat. A while later, the window will disappear, but I suppose the process is still running bcos in the Processes list in Task manager, there is a process called "cleanmgr.exe" running. Should I worry about it?

Open Task Manager, right click on cleanmgr.exe 'End Process',then exit TM.
You probably had the box 'Compress Old Files' checked, that would explain it.
When running Disk Cleanup, make sure that box is unchecked.

The 'Select Drive' box will appear, click on Ok.
The 'Disk Cleanup for [C:]' box will appear, click on the 'More Options' tab.

erm.. I tried to re-run Disk Cleanup, but the "More Options" tab didn't appear, instead it automatically displayed "Calculating...scanning:compress old files". I use Windows XP service pack 1, does it make a difference?

Clear your 'System Restore' points by doing the following:
Right-click on 'My Computer' and select 'Properties'.
Select 'System Restore'.
Select 'Turn Off System Restore On All Drives'.
Select 'Apply'.
You will then get the following warning:
"You have chosen to turn off System Restore.
If you continue, all existing restore points will be deleted, and you will not be able to track or undo changes to your computer.
Do you want to turn off System Restore?".
Then select 'Yes',your 'System Restore' directories will be purged.

Restart your pc.

Turn 'System Restore' back on:

Right click on 'My Computer' and select 'Properties'.
Select 'System Restore'.
Unselect 'Turn Off System Restore On All Drives'.
Select 'Apply',then click 'Ok'.

Create a new 'System Restore' point:
Click on Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore.
In the 'System Restore' window, click 'Create a Restore Point' button, then click 'Next'.
In the window that appears, enter a description, then click on 'Create',then click 'Close'.
The date and time is created automatically.

I suggest you now visit Windows Update and install all the latest important/high priority updates including Service Pack 2.
