I am having a problem with the following websites automatically opening up Windows Explorer 7 Browser:

pcprivacytool.com and systemerrorfixer.com

I unistalled the browser and have no browsers installed at this time but the two sites still automatically start. They seem to be tied to the toolbar in Windows XP. They tell me I may have malware viruses and to order their product. then they try to run checks.

I have installed and ran Spybot and also ran Trend scans. My virus protection is AVG virus and internet protection 7.

How do I eliminate these websites and keep them from automatically starting the Internet Explorer browser?

You are infected with malware. Your best bet would be to read the preparation guide here then post a HijackThis log in our Hijack This forum located further down the main forum page
Good luck
