Where To Put Server

Where is the best place to put a Server in a normal house?

* Spare Room
-- Pros:
-- Cons:
* Loft
-- Pros:
-- Cons: Servers are cool and hot depending on season and weather
* Basement
-- Pros:
-- Cons: Servers are kept cool
* Office
-- Pros:
-- Cons: Servers are close to PCs
* Conservatory
-- Pros:
-- Cons: Servers can get too hot
* Garage
-- Pros:
-- Cons: Servers can get wet
* Any other place/s?
-- Pros:
-- Cons:

The ones in bold is what we have (We meaning my dad's own business - I might set up a server for backup, etc purposes).

Could you please tell me what place is good for putting a Server and the Pros and Cons of that place.
