Somthing has infected my computer, here are some of my problums.

When i am on the internet, most of the time my Norton virus software shuts down and says an error has occured.

When i try to update Norton i run the auto update and it loads and then it says i need to update again like it didnt even work.

I was on limewire and then i noticed that three porn movies had somehow downloaded and we in my recent doccuments.

My internet disconects and i try to reconnect and it says the phone line is busy.

This is my second time writing this topic, 10 minutes ago my computer completly locked down so i couldnt even turn off num lock on my keybord.

I tried to install new virus software and it didnt work, i purchased the newest verson of McAfee and it wouldnt install, it kept locking up my computer.

( I am using Windows XP, and i have reinstalled Norton many times and done 2 online chat sessions with Norton support, they fix it and then it fails in a few days).

I talked to someone i know that works at Hyland Software and is a computer software programer, he told me about HiJackThis and i ran it and it gave me this.

The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.

Thanks for the help so far everything has been working a little better.

I deleated O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{FE08E2DA-FC86-4894-9B27-C789DE480E7E}: NameServer = 85.255.116.34 85.255.112.106 the first time and now its back again,

When Hijack deleated it i noticed that on my right bottom of my screen were my little pictures of my programs that are running are that there was an empty spot in between two icons were it seemed at icon used to be, i realized i also saw this when i deleted it the first time. I just thought i would bring this to your attention and that i will have everything posted tomarrow, the scan with SUPER will take a few hours. Thanks for the help so far again!

I think i know what that empty space used to be. Every once and a while there is a Hp icon for a printer there (earlier today it happened after i did the ComboFix and took a break to check some sites), i put my mouse over it and it randomly dissapears before i can get it, thenn i moved my mouse off and it reapears. I remember i went to system processes and i saw that a process was poping in and out of the list so quickly no one could get it or see it and my DSL box when this happened what flashing and lit up like a chrismas tree. (it blinks when there is a info transfer or internet connection). I have an Hp printer and i thought this was kind of strange that this would happen.

Lets try this again, please delete FixWareout.exe you downloaded previously.

Now download FixWareout again:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/lonny/Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it.
Click Next, then Install, then make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load, this is normal.

When your system reboots, follow the prompts.
Afterwards, HijackThis will launch automatically,if it doesn't open, please launch it manually.
Please click Scan, and checkmark the following items:
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{FE08E2DA-FC86-4894-9B27-C789DE480E7E}: NameServer = 85.255.116.34 85.255.112.106
Click 'Fix Checked'.
Close HijackThis, and click OK to proceed.
At the end of the fix you may need to restart your computer again.

Please post the contents of the logfile C:\fixwareout\report.txt into your next reply.

Please Note:
Only do the following if you have connection problems after performing the above steps:
Go to Start>Control Panel, and choose 'Network Connections'.
Then right click on your default connection, usually 'Local Area Connection' or 'Dial-up Connection' if you are using Dial-up,then left click on 'Properties'.
Double-click on the 'Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)' item and select the radio button that says: 'Obtain DNS servers Automatically'.
Click OK twice,restart your computer.

Rescan with Hijackthis.
If the O17 - entry is back, please do the following:
Download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri),to your desktop.
Double click on Smitfraudfix.cmd
Select #5 - Search and clean DNS Hijack and hit Enter.
Follow the prompts.
Reboot your pc when its done.

Rescan with Hijackthis.
If the O17 - entry is back, please do the following:
Create a new 'System Restore' point, this is important.
Click on Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore.
In the 'System Restore' window, click 'Create a Restore Point' button, then click 'Next'.
In the window that appears, enter a description, then click on 'Create',then click 'Close'.
The date and time is created automatically.

Close all browsers, disconnect from the internet.
Click on Start/Run,copy and paste the following command into the 'Open:' space, then press OK:
netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt

Restart your pc when you've finished.

Download\unzip SilentRunners.vbs to your desktop:
http://www.silentrunners.org/Silent%20Runners.zip
Run Silent Runner's by double clicking the 'SilentRunners.vbs' icon.
You will see a text file appear on the desktop - it's not done, let it run (it won't appear to be doing anything!)
Once you receive the prompt All Done!, open the text file on the desktop, copy that entire log into your next reply.
*NOTE*

If you receive any warning message about scripts, please choose to allow the script to run.

Sounds like you've developed hard drive problems.
I suggest you first backup all important data as soon as possible.
Then go to your hard drive manufacturers website, there should be a disk diagnostic utility for download.
Read the instructions then run that program on your pc and see what it comes up with.
Let me know how you get on.
