Hello jammaw88 and Welcome!

Your log looks good, make sure you deleted the Windows AdTools folder in Program Files. Just to make sure, do a Windows Search for any existence of AdTools.

Please disable SpySweeper in Windows before using HJT. Right-click on the GOLD icon located in the lower RH taskbar, click Close then click ShutDown. Once the PC has been rebooted, SpySweeper will start back up with Windows.

Now close ALL open windows AND browsers and open HijackThis, click on Do a system scan only and put checks next to all the following, then click "Fix Checked"

wdfmgr.exe is a part of the Windows Media Player 10, which can solve some Windows Media Player compatibility issues. It's not an essential process, you can terminate it if you wish, but it's not malware. Go to Start, Run, type in services.msc, click OK,scroll down and look for Windows User Mode Driver Framework, click STOP, change Startup Type to Disabled, click OK. Now, next time you bootup Windows, wdfmgr.exe will be gone.

Nice Work! The only thing I still see is this O16 Active-X entry.

Please disable SpySweeper in Windows before using HJT. Right-click on the round GOLD icon located in the lower RH taskbar, click Close then click ShutDown. Once the PC has been rebooted, SpySweeper will start back up with Windows.

Delete this in HJT and you're good to go.

I also recommend using Firefox as your main browser to surf the web. You can get it here.
When installing Firefox, keep IE6 as your default browser.
