WHAT is RUN.DLL.......and why does an error message keep poping up sayin it could not connect??

Hi flagmania2005, Welcome to BC.
You need to provide a bit more info here as dynamic link library errors are very diverse and can have a tmultitude of different causes, each one requiring a specific fix.

Please post back with the exact spelling (Capitalization and Punctuation are important)
Also the file location
Also the Exact error message you are being given.
