Whenever I press the Shift and L buttons on my screen to type a capital L, it brings up a password required screen. I have to type a capital L with the Caps Lock button and it's very very annoying. I tried searching but it looks like noone has this problem. I would appreciate if you guys help. I tried deleting all tasks on Task Manager except SYSTEM tasks but the screen still shows up.

I'd suspect it was an extension that's gone awry in Firefox as long as it only happens in Firefox. Otherwise it's likely to be some sort of password protection thingie that's installed on the system.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Not only in firefox and how do I find out if it is password protection?

I've seen keyloggers do that sorta thing. They don't leave any shortcuts to the program except for the keyboard shortcut.

Thank you it was a keylogger. My "friend" sent a .zip file to me with a program and I guess he integrated that in there. Thank you for that I ran Spyware Doctor and it's gone hopefully.

Some "friend". With friends like that, who needs enemies? Unless he's infected too and doesn't know it.
