I have had Roboform password manager installed for quite some time now.

I want to know how to enable it to save a password after I had previously set it to block storing passwords for certain websites.

I've looked everywhere to find this 'unblock' button - but without success. A 'cancel' or disable 'block' is all I need. I've also tried to find the forum board where Roboform is discussed and questions are answered. No luck.

I've checked its 'Help' facility - no joy. I've tried to use 'edit' to reverse the Block I've placed on certain passwords.

It seems quite incredible to me that such a simple action as un-blocking a block on saving certain passwords is not immediately accessible and glaring apparent as to what must be done.

Heads should roll... and I'm just the person to swing the ax.

Thanks for any help with this.

Did you try to run the Roboform password troubleshooter?

Thanks garmanma. I've checked out your link and read through it. I can't see anything there that is the solution to the problem.

Roboform should have a simple toggle feature that switches on or off the 'block'. I'm sure it's there somewhere, but it's hidden under some labeling and terminology that is only comprehensible to those already in the know.

Thank you for your interest, garmanma.

I think I'll just uninstall Roboform - and install their competition.
