Hey guys, so I have a serious problem here. It started last night, when I think this virus got in through an active-x video decoder. It starts with a flashing "X" in my tray and a popup that says, "SECURITY WARNING! worm.win32.netsky detected on your machine. This virus is distributed via..." after this it all kind of goes to hell. I get tons of popups, error messages (fake), and my desktop changes. So I ran my antivirus (norton corporate) and got nothing. I then ran adaware 07 in safe mode and it found a malware - win32.trojandownloader.newmedia. After i deleted it, a couple hours later, a command prompt pops up for a few seconds, then a little while later it all starts over again. I've already "removed" it twice in safemode, but it just keeps coming back! I really need my computer in tip-top shape the next couple of days and i could really use your help!!! Please help this n00b! I have the hijackthis and combofix logs and they are below.

Oh, and the command prompt that comes up, is system32/cmd.exe
But nothing happens, it just shows up for a few seconds then leaves. Only after an hour or two do the problems start.

I apologize for the very long delay. We have been very busy and it has been taking us greater time than normal to get the logs caught up. If you are still having a problem, and want us to analyze your information, please post a brand new hijackthis log. If we do not hear back from you within a couple of days we will need to close your topic.

Thank you for your patience.
