I'm getting a wide range of popups including free ringtones, casinos, loan deals, and also a warning message (not just a warning picture within a IE box) saying 'do you have spyware on your pc?' with just a YES click button.
These popups come up when i'm not even using IE.
Spybot and ad-aware both been updated and run in safe mode - don't find anything!
Just need someone to tell me exactly which entries need removing not just the obvious ones!
Thanks in advance I really appreciate you guys time,
log is as follows:

Thank for your help, I have removed all of these lines and I am still getting 100 popups an hour when i leave the pc running!!
It also looks like most of what I removed has re appeared apart from eliteroh.exe
very annoying.. the SIXA dialer is also still here (I've tried deleting it but it regenerates )
What do I do next??
Heres my new log:

Hi haconb,

Welcome to BC. My apologies for the delay.

First you should know that farkedup is not a member of the HJT Team and altho he did pick out most of the malware in your first log, he is not qualified to be giving help here. I strongly urge you to not accept help from anyone other than the HJT Team. Please read the warning in the text box at the top of this page and this pinned thread for a list of those that are cleared to offer help:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/956/how-to-submit-a-hijackthis-log/

Please give me some time to review your new log and I'll get back to you with what you should do. Also post back with any additional information, including any steps you may have taken since your last post to fix this problem.

The thing about people

when they walk away.--Mipso

Hi again haconb,

Let's go ahead and get you started on getting cleaned up.

First you are using an outdated version of HijackThis. Please download the newer version 1.99.1. To do this use the link in the Tutorial How to post a HijackThis Log to download the installer that will unzip the latest version of HijackThis for you.

You appear to have a new version of the searchmiracle hijacker that we would like to take a look at. Please create a folder called c:\Submit. Now copy the following file (in bold) into the Submit directory:

C:\windows\system32\eliteroh32.exe

To copy the file simply navigate to the system32 directory, right click and select Copy. Then paste into the c:\Submit directory. Now I need you to zip the Submit folder. Right click on the folder >Send To >Compressed (zipped) Folder. You will now see a file called Submit.zip.

Now go to the BC Malware Submittal page, fill in the required fields, and browse to the c:\Submit folder. Then click on the Send File button.

Please run at least two of these free online virus scans:

TrendMicro's HouseCall
Panda ActiveScan
BitDefender

Now please run both Spybot S&D and AdAware. Be sure to configure AdAware for deep scanning and follow the instructions in the following tutorials:

Ad-Aware Tutorial
Spybot - S&D Tutorial

Before we use HijackThis to fix entries in your log, I notice you are running TeaTimer. It could interfere with the removal of some items, so please disable it temporarily. INSTRUCTIONS HERE.

Scan again with HijackThis 1.99.1. Put a checkmark by the following entries, double-checking to be sure that only these entries are checked--some could have been removed by the scans I had you run and may not be there:

Close all other windows--you should only see HijackThis on your Desktop--and then click the "Fix checked" button.

Close HijackThis and REBOOT your computer.

Please make sure that you can view all hidden files. Instructions on how to do this can be found here:

How to see hidden files in Windows

Using My Computer/Windows Explorer navigate to and delete the following files in bold--do not be concerned if they do not exist:

C:\WINDOWS\msnmsgq.exe
C:\windows\system32\eliteroh32.exe

Run Disk Cleanup. Type cleanmgr in the run box by going to Start>Run. Have it clean out the following three:

Temporary Files
Temporary Internet Files
Recycle Bin

Reboot once again, scan again with HijackThis and post another log.
