Hi all

I recently got hit by a Trojan "Zlob" I turned off system restore to erase the problem, and succeeded. Previous to this I had failed to turn off S/restore and the virus kept coming back. What I would like to know is this; If I restart S/restore. Is it going to be virus free, and is there something I need to do before I reactivate it.

Cheers vomog

It's okay to turn System Restore back on. When you turned it off it deleted all the old restore points. As such there is no chance of you being re-infected by using an old restore point that may have been infected.
The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
