Hello, This is my first post anywhere so be kind, thanks

I am putting a used Window XP Pro PC on line and was getting a search window popping up. WWW.COUNT.CC I have run Nortons AV, SpyBot S&D, Ad Aware, Stinger, updated Windows. In the HiJackthis Log many things had shown up. I saved the before and after logs. Two things that are still in question are:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ps4f36X] dgnmrem.exe
O23 - Service: Navisnsk - Unknown owner - (no file)

I can't find anything online about these items.

Any advise or help, thanks in advance.

Try the programs below.
Install Super Antispyware free. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

Run the online scan for Bit Defender in normal mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.
