Hello everyone. My girlfriend's computer is currently sick and I have been recruited to fix it for her. :flowers: I'm going through the prep guide before I post about it. I'm a seasoned computer user, but the problems her computer is having are beyond my basic knowledge.

Hope you are all doing great and I'll be in touch soon! Great site too btw...

Welcome to BC!
Following the Prep Guide carefully may fix the problems you are having, but I am sure that once you post a HJT log, our volunteer team of experts can help you.

Thank you John. That may actually be the case. Following that guide has gotten her computer running normally again. I will still post the log files to be on the safe side.

All my best!
