Hi, please help, been getting popups for free spyware scanners, did a bitdefender scan and it managed to move 5 virus infected files, but I still get popups from 'myprivacyguard' and 'Adwareremover2007'.
Bitfender also detected and blocked Trojan.Agent.BHO.N, Trojan.Agent.ABSG, Trojan.Downloader.Agent.YNQ, Adware.Agent.NAV, Trojan.Downloader.Agent.YNU in the file http://www.thenetworkcom.com/fast-update/upd_cb.zip, how can this file be removed?

This is my Trendmicro HijackThis log:

cl0ud,

Welcome to the forum, you have multiple infections on this system. Lets do a few things.

Download ComboFix from Here or Here to your Desktop.
  • Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
  • When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post the Combofix log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply
Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall

Open HijackThis > Do a System Scan Only, close your browser and all open windows including this one, the only program or window you should have open is HijackThis, check the following entries and click on Fix Checked.

Some of these may be gone
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://softwarereferral.com/jump.php?wmid=...6Ojg5&lid=2
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch =

O2 - BHO: MSVPS System - {6EB10F79-5E53-4F76-B146-409EFCDCB957} - C:\WINDOWS\movctrlfqd.dll (file missing)
O3 - Toolbar: The nssfrch - {DF0ACE0C-4A3F-4A1F-8676-BA16DEB23C70} - C:\WINDOWS\nssfrch.dll

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Alcmtr] ALCMTR.EXE

O21 - SSODL: bxsbang - {7C244A7A-44CC-4104-8133-40430C7AF562} - C:\WINDOWS\bxsbang.dll
O21 - SSODL: ocgrep - {598370DE-4746-4951-B4F6-85459895E243} - C:\WINDOWS\ocgrep.dll (file missing)

We need to make sure all hidden files are showing :
  • Click Start.
  • Open My Computer.
  • Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
  • Select the View tab.
  • Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
  • Uncheck the Hide file extensions for known types option.
  • Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
  • Click Yes to confirm.
  • Click OK.
Once your system is clean, we suggest that you reverse this to keep critical windows files from accidently being deleted.

Delete these files.

C:\WINDOWS\bxsbang.dll
C:\WINDOWS\nssfrch.dll
C:\WINDOWS\ocgrep.dll

Do the above and there may be more to do.

I need to see the Combofix log and do this before you post a new HJT log

C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe<-- Right click on Hijackthis.exe ( looks like a man with a spyglass ) and rename it to Scanner.exe
