I saw fairly similar topics posted but some of them referred to playing video games via remote desktop. I was interested in playing video from my PC via another PC using a remote desktop program. If this is not possible (i.e. wont keep up with the frame rate), then what is the fastest means of transferring video or other large files over the internet? Thanks much.

A cable connection or T3 line would be my guess.
