As of now only Spybot S&D

The dlls missing are

1 C\Windows\system32\ceuirpcv.dll-run dll error

2 C\documents and settings\all users\application data\rezchgdq.dll-regsvr error or something

3 C\documents and settings\all users\application data\pkfmroza.dll-regsvr error or something

4 C\program files\tmnkhexi\vwjqlwtu.dll-run dll error

my internet explorer doesnt work either, after a window opens it closes and tells me to send an eror report.

Well...none of those alleged .dlls drew anything from Google.

And...I hardly think Spybot is all-purpose defense/protection for the various types of malware which pervade Computer World.

Welcome to BC
None of those .dll's show up on a Google search. It's about a 99% chance you're infected. Read this thread about preparing to post a HijackThis log

The first thing to do would be to install an anti virus program, as you have a Vundo/Virtumonde type infection. Check the Bleeping Computer Freeware List After you have installed one of the Antivirus programs listed, follow the instructions in the Preparation Guide for use before posting a HijackThis Log. In addition to the programs listed in the Preparation Guide, please download and use Superantispyware Free
