Mac Os X Leopard Question

I just wanted to know if it was possible to install Leopard on a PC with a Intel processor, since I know it supports the processor.

I know its possible to install Tiger on a PC. I would then presume that its possible to install Leopard

No, it is not possible to install Leopard on a PC. At least, it's not possible for the novice computer user.
