I recently had to reinstall my router. And now I have an unsecured wireless network..I don't know much about computers/networking...& I need help!! Otherwise, I know I will have to pay someone to come and see my comp.

How can I make my network secure? Like add a password and all that?

Welcome to Bleeping Computer starletjosie.

Have a look at the article Wireless Network Security.
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.
